Terms
Members of WebmasterStockClub.com agree to the following terms of agreement.
** We reserve the right to refuse membership or cancel membership if member is found abusing the terms. Upon termination member will lose all credits, cash, and money in our Stock Club. NO REFUNDS will be provided.
** Members are allowed one account and all registrations will be monitored closely to ensure that this requirement is met. If you are caught, we will delete the Account which had the most Traffic Exchange Cash, Credits, Banner & Text Ad Impressions and the most Stock Club Account Balance.
** All Sites must be mostly in English!
** We do not allow the following page contents: racist, illegal, warez-cracks-copyright infringement, pyramid schemes, drugs, or other material we find inappropriate. We can not guarantee that member sites do not contain such material. If we find that someone inserted the above websites, it will be deleted ASAP. If you wouldn't want your kids looking at it, please don't display it here.
** We do not allow Websites that Auto Click in the background for search keywords
** If you add a link into our Traffic Exchange that freezes or locks up our Member's browsers, you site link/url WILL BE SUSPENDED/DELETED. If you keep on inserting the same link/url after it's been suspended/deleted, your Traffic Exchange Account and Stock Club Account WILL BE DELETED and all of your Traffic Exchange Cash and Stock Club Account Balance, credits, banner impressions, and text ad impressions will be deleted and lost. NO REFUNDS!!!!! We have the right to DELETE, SUSPEND OR BAN any Website URL that is in our system. We want to run a smooth website for our Member's to enjoy.
** We do not allow Websites that break frames. If a Member is surfing websites and clicks a link on your website and it leaves our Website without opening another window or doesn't open inside our Surf Page, it will be denied and deleted.
** We do not allow links to other Website Surf Bars. By this we mean, some people insert a Surf Page link from another website to receive credits for the other website.
** Your page may only open one (1) additional window, sites with more than one are not permitted. One window means one pop-up OR one pop-under OR one exit ad. If your site is on a free server that places its own pop-up, that is your one additional window. if your site locks or freezes up other Member's browsers, we will remove your site. We want to run a nice smooth surfing experience for our Members.
** Members May Not Spam. Members may not send unsolicited e-mails to receive referrals nor may they post in any forums, groups ect. where posting referral links are prohibited.
** You MUST BE 100% ACTIVE in order to receive referrals from your Referral URL. If you don't want to lose out on Referrals from your Referral URL and Random Referrals, we recommend that you surf Websites at least once a month to stay active. If you're not 100% active, you will not receive any Referral Bonuses from previous Referrals.
** Loss of data and other errors: Members agree to not hold liable WebmasterStockClub.com for any loss of data that might occur while the member is using the WebmasterStockClub.com website and all services and products contained within. Loss of data includes, but is not limited to, any account balances, credits, downline members and statistics. WebmasterStockClub.com agrees to make every effort within its reasonable power to ensure that such loss of data never occurs, and WebmasterStockClub.com will make every effort within reason to correct any such loss of data. Members also agree to not hold liable WebmasterStockClub.com for any damage that may arise to the member's computer, software, or other products while using the WebmasterStockClub.com website and all services and products contained within.
** You may cancel your Membership at any time by clicking the [Delete account] link in member area. If you decide to cancel your membership and later wish to re-enroll, you will be assigned a new account, and you will not receive further credit for referrals made using your previous account.
